MCA is a kind of multifunctional assistant with properties of fire retardant and lubricant. As a new product appeared in 1980's, it has many features: First, the content of nitrogen is high (about 30%) and when a little of it is put into rubber, plastic, especially in nylon, the fire retardant effect will be obvious. Second, it has good thermal stability. Third, its laminated structure and lubricating property are different from those of graphite and it can be used under the condition of high temperature, high pressure, high load and impact load. Fourth, under the condition of high temperature, high pressure, low temperature and low speed, it's lubricating property is still stable. MCA is a kind of material that has excellent lubricating effect which can replace molybdenum disulfide and polytef.

         MCA is a kind of white crystal powder with 1.5g/cm3 gravity. It is hard to be dissolved into water and other organic solvent but it can be dispersed into oil mediums. It is innocuous without pollution and odor. It is stable below 300 and dissolved above 600. It has good fire- retardant property with little smog when processed. Its fire retardant grade is ul94V-O.

         This product can be widely used in rubber, nylon, phenolic resin, epoxy resin, polyacrylic emulsion, polytef resin and other olefine resin as fire retardant component. The finished products can be used as materials and accessories or parts that have high fire retardant and insulating properties and at the same time can be used as lubricant, the property of which is better than that of molydenum disulfide while the price is only 1/6 of the latter. MCA is innocuous and does no harm to health which can make skin soft and smooth so it can be used as skin cosmetic and also can be used as delustering agent. In addition, MCA's film coating can be used as lubricating film and mold discharging agent. MCA can also be combined with polytef, phenolic resin, epoxy resin, polyphenylene sulfide resin, etc. to form synthesized material which can be used as special lubricating material.
