It can be used as preservative in crops including corn, wheat, rice, peanut, bean, etc.. In addition, the application of sodium diacetate in other industry areas such as dye industry, light industry, chemical industry for daily use is gradually extending. Domestic demand has reached to about 50,000 tons.
